unhelpful staffuncontrolled access
the front desk was not always helpful. there was a constant back and forth with people and seemed uncontrolled. it had the vibe of a place for short term rentals more than a hotel, i think the staff needs to control the flow of visitors better.

I found two nice pools on site. The children's pool was separate, which I appreciated. The hotel is conveniently located near the Terminal 21 shopping mall. It was easy to get there!
The hotel room had some cockroaches and insects! I had to switch rooms during my last day because of this.

the location was ideal, just a short walk from the beach (it's close to everything!). the swimming pool offered a refreshing escape from the heat, and i especially appreciated the attentive staff who always greeted me with a smile. the hotel felt safe and secure.

the hotel featured a lovely, clean swimming pool with a children's section, perfect for families. plenty of sunbeds surrounded the pool area, providing ample space for relaxation. the grounds were well kept, and it created a cute atmosphere.

my beautiful cottage was clean and spacious with comfortable bedding. the bathroom was modern and well kept, and everything in the room worked properly. i had good cupboard space and comfortable seating for meals.
